JOB DESCRIPTION:
1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).
- To coordinate all the operational activities at all levels.
- To interact with dealers & manufacturers and lead it to creation of new business initiatives.
- To flow the market information from Zone to Head Office.
- Standardization of activities across the Zone.
- To coordinate new business strategies for specialized product verticals (AMC/FD, MRHFL & MIBL)
2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)
- Studying market trends and practices.
- Strategizing plans activities in the zone for overall expansion & profitability
- Capturing important market information and communicating upward for enabling crucial decision making.
- To increase the volume of the business in the respective zone.
- To increase the market share of the company in all segments.
- Creating Second line in every state.
- Develop dealer relations and manufacturers tie-ups.
- Develop inter department relationship.
- Coordinate with HO product heads and department heads.
- To take new initiatives for new schemes.
- To monitor and control the recovery activities.
- To monitor everyday daily(ERD) reporting MIS.
- Maintain Stock level.
- Maintain NPA level .
- Regular regional review.

- Standardization of processes.
- Monitor the spread – Regional / Span of control.

- Financial powers-Revenue expenditure as per budget & contract closure related
- power as per the policy.
- Staff powers- Selection, Confirmation, Transfer & Separation related decisions.
- Administration powers-Grant leaves and grant reimbursement for travel bills. New branch opening decision.
- Functional powers-Decisions related to the business development.
- Discretion powers.
