  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree with relevant experience
  • Ideally this position requires someone who is a fairly knowledgeable & experienced on hands-on implementation and troubleshooting on products.

2.       Experience                   

  • 3-4  years relevant in on the above product line
  • Experience in working in Network Operations/ Technical/ Support
  • Logical approach to problem solving able to think ‘out of the box’
  • Good experience with Customer engagement required

3.       Other Key Skills or Product Knowledge               

  • Avaya Server Platforms like S8300, S8400, S8500, S8700, S8800 and Avaya Aura Contact Center 6.2.
  • (Server Models, IP Port networks, Media Gateways and IP Cards) troubleshooting methods and techniques.
  • Understanding of IPSI, CLAN and MEDPRO functionalities and troubleshooting methods and techniques.
  • Hands on experience on Nortel CS1000 Release 6.0/7.0/7.5
  • Hands-on experience on Inbound IVR (Avaya Voice Portal), Outbound IVR (POM), Avaya CTI (Avaya Aura CCT, Aura Agent Desktop Application)
  • AVAYA reporting systems – BCMS / BCMRD /CMS, DNIS/ANI,VDN, Vector , Split , Skill and announcements, wall Boards and CMS data items, Backup methods of CMS.
  • Hands-on experience on System Manager & Session Manager
  • ACD, Voice networking skills
  • IP telephony, H.323, SIP,
  • Quality Assurance (Avaya WFO / Avaya Call Recorder)
  • Experience on Avaya IQ
  • Strong VOIP Fundamentals & Hands on Exposure
  • Absolutely delivery orientated – commitment to deadlines
  • Independently motivated, able to work without direct management instruction
  • Energetic, commitment, drive, tenacity to achieve key objectives

  • Willing to work in shifts
