Job Responsibilities :
•Responsible to coordinate with Design engineer and production Team to identify the area to be Automation.
• Responsible to prepare the drawing & Budget requirement details for CFT approval
• Coordinate with Design engineer and tool Room to manufacture the components for the Machine Building & Automation solution assembly
• Responsible to coordinate with Purchase team to procure the child Part for the assembly
• Responsible to inspect the parts as per the child part Drawing & Fitment requirement
• Responsible to assemble the machine / Automation solution as per the design requirement
• Responsible to conduct the Machine / Automation solution Dry run (Simulation)
• Responsible to install the machine / Automation solution
• Responsible to conduct the machine/ Automation solution trial as per the planned design sequence
• Responsible to demonstrate the machine/Automation solution and handing over to regular process
• Responsible to Provide the Training to Maintenance team about the machine/system maintenance
• Coordinate with Maintenance Team to maintain the machine/system desired performance
• Responsible to prepare the machine/automation solution assembly procedure and Trail history
• Responsible to handover the Machine & Automation solution system with complete set of drawings & Procedures.
• Responsible to monitor the machine/system performance and give the Continuous improvement suggestion.
Age: Minimum : 25 to 30 yrs
Education : Diploma in Tool Die Making/ITI -Fitter/Machinist
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years in machine building & Automation solution
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in oral & written communication. Independently draft written communication.
- Computer Skill – Proficient in MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint], Outlook Email System, Internet etc..
