Educational qualification: B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications
Experience : Min. 7+ years in Voice (EPBX), Data & Video servicing with good verbal and written communication skill.
Currently the candidate should be working as a team leader or area manager or service manager and handling a team of min. 4-5 service engineers
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall service functions in Andhra Pradesh
- Heading team of service engineers and call coordinator
- Responsible for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals and its revenue / collection / growth
- Responsible for Add On Sales (AOS) revenue / collections / growth
- Tracking and guiding service team for immediate closure of open installation and service calls in the region
- Handling escalations related to installation & commissioning, maintenance and other service related matters
- Various reporting (AMC/AOS/open installations & projects etc.) to regional management and Head Office.
- Coordination with regional sales and commercial teams
- Coordination with vendors
- Meeting customers
