Service Manager- Hyderabad

Educational qualification: B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunications

Experience : Min. 7+ years in Voice (EPBX), Data & Video servicing with good verbal and written communication skill.

Currently the candidate should be working as a team leader or area manager or service manager and handling a team of min. 4-5 service engineers

Job Description:

  1.   Responsible for overall service functions in Andhra Pradesh
  2. Heading team of service engineers and call coordinator
  3. Responsible for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals and its revenue / collection / growth
  4. Responsible for Add On Sales (AOS) revenue / collections / growth
  5. Tracking and guiding service team for immediate closure of open installation and service calls in the region
  6. Handling escalations related to installation & commissioning, maintenance and other service related matters
  7. Various reporting (AMC/AOS/open installations & projects etc.) to regional management and Head Office.
  8. Coordination with regional sales and commercial teams
  9. Coordination with vendors
  10. Meeting customers
