Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for managing sales for a specific product through single/multiple channels for a city/part of city
- Sources business through channel teams (ASL, DSA)
- Builds and nurtures relationships with branches (bank)
- Manages relationships with builders and dealers and recruits new ones
- Trains sales executives and DSA on selling/product
- Carries sales promotion activities through DSA and SE in open market
- Launches new products in market
- Interfaces with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Measure of Performance- Sales achieved vs. target
- Maximise bank branch based sourcing (for non-ARM branches)
- Increase in DSA/builder/dealer network
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Art, Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Science in any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Loan/Mortgage or Others.
