Total Experience: 4-6 Yrs
Relevant Experience: 2-3 Yrs
Mandatory Skills Required:
- 2-3 years experience in designing, developing, testing, document, and deploying high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Experience with Salesforce.com administration, integration tools, and APIs
- 2-3 years experience supporting Salesforce, including:
- Application customization
- Reporting tools
- Data import/export tools
- API integration
- 1-2 years developing reports and supporting a reporting/BI environment
- 1-2 years experience with SQL query writing. Strong relational database background/understanding
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical writing is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
- Understanding of business and technical process interrelationships is essential.
- Communicate with clients regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions
Desired Skills Required (Preferred but not mandatory):
- Experience with web development technologies (ASP.NET, web services, CRM web-based APIs).
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming
- Having a valid Business Visa for US
Key Work Accountabilities / Responsibilities for the Position Holder:
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform from offshore.
- Communicate with other resources and with clients regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
