Job Description : 

Level : Assistant ManagerExperience :Must have at least 4+ years of security/ risk management experience. Should have minimum of 4+ years of directing security programs

Position Summary:

 

  • Responsible for the operational aspects related to the design, implementation and ongoing oversight of risk programs across all Client business units in India.
  • Should be an independent contributor under general management direction.
  • Should be able to provide tactical & operational inputs to controls needed along with clear business impact perspective to program design efforts.
  • Provide risk management consultative services to internal customers. Work collaboratively internal customers to integrate risk management principles into their daily operations.
  • Has a detailed understanding of risk management programs. (ISMS, BCMS & other regulatory compliance) Proactively seeks knowledge about risk management, business continuity, businesses and the financial services & mutual fund industries.
  • Should have good communication and soft-skills and should be able to create technical and executive reports of the highest order (presentation)
  • Certification related to information security/Business Continuity ia a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities:

  • Provide risk management support, at an operational/strategic level, to Clients Indias BPO operations.
  • Assist in development and implementation of operational risk frameworks, ongoing support programs and monitoring systems in close collaboration with Risk management group of UK
  • Drive the development of the consolidated Risk oversight program for the business unit providing coverage based upon a common risk profile using a consistent approach and reporting
  • Create, implement and maintain ISO 22301 and ISMS (ISO27001)
  • Facilitates root cause analysis for errors and losses by working with the Business unit Risk Champions
  • Provides inputs to the R&C Dashboard and other risk reports
  • Provides ongoing tracking, monitoring & reporting of firm-wide, business unit risk Assessments
  • Increase the level of risk awareness at all levels through risk workshops and training programme.
  • Plan, schedule & execute internal audits with all stake-owners within the business units
  • Actively participate in the incident response and planning for the same.
