Job Title : Consultant – Service Reporting
Location : Bangalore
No. of Positions : 4
Role Purpose: Design, develop and produce service performance report for external and internal consumption.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and develop Service Performance Report in accordance with internal standard and customer needs
- Collate and analyse required data from different sources.
- Produce service reports in predefined format on a periodic basis, making sure that quality standards are consistent.
- Co-ordinate with responsible functions to ensure that the data collected and presented in the reports is correct and accurate.
- Trend Analysis to identify recurring service issues. Highlight these issues to the Service Manager and customer to carry out in depth investigation to support resolution wherever possible.
- Meeting deadlines and delivering the reports on time.
