Is a Lifescience division  of Germany Based  MNC that offers a broad range of innovative, performance products, services and business relationships that enable the customer’s success in research, development and production of Biotech and Pharmaceutical drug therapies. 
 Roles and Responsibilities :

 

To ensure the supplies are met in time as per the request dates from the internal customers.
Interact with all stakeholders to meet the business targets / OP
Supplier Interactions on regular basis to ensure the timely supply of material
Review with Buyers to understand the supply dynamics with respect to quality ,
quantity and LT .
Ensure that shipping, freight, clearing and forwarding services are carried out in a cost
effective and timely manner to provide the most efficient movement of inward cargo.
Closely interact with SQA for any repeated quality issues with the suppliers .
Keeping and maintaining purchase related records and documents.
Review supplier performance on regular basis of all suppliers and provide feedback
to concerned stake holders for necessary actions .
Overall responsibility of Supplier Relationship Management  to support business.
Implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System in their work area.
Identifying & suggesting cost reduction / improvement in material procurement and in work area.
Handling of rejections, supplier grievances and co-ordination for implementing corrective actions.
Team Management to retain key talents.
Provide Data inputs to Procurement team on regular basis to build Supplier Strategy / Category Strategy.
Work Closely with Procurement Team for addressing the Major supply disruptions .
Responsible for all Purchase documents and Supplier Data Base updation and maintenance.
Responsible for all supplier segmentation based on Corporate Procurement Model .

 

 Qualification and Experience :

 Graduate Engineer – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, IP, Electronics

Experiance-12 to 15 Years

CTC  Range Rs. 10 to 12 Lacs. Max

 Looking for  Candidates who are from Pharma Equipment Manufacture / Auto / Auto Ancillary / Machine Building / Electronic Products Assembly

 Preferred Skills :

 Excellent Interpersonal skills, People management skills
