Roles and Responsibilities : |
- Manufacturing of Products to meet or exceed AOP targets
- Optimum utilization of resources to meet set targets in the AOP
- Develop resource requirements for meeting AOP targets
- Quality, Cost control and on time delivery of products
- Capex preparation & effective utilization of the approved budget
- Ensure shop floor discipline
- Orderliness and Cleanliness of the department
- People development – Training needs identification and execution
- Implementation of Quality Management Systems in the department
- Management Reporting related to Production activities
- Continuous Improvement of Key Performance Indicators
- Performance Management of people within the department
- Support Management in identifying resource requirements to meet AOP
- EHS Initiatives and implementation of safe working practices as prescribed
- Co-ordinate with support functions to ensure proper alignment to meet planned objectives
- Work with sub-contractors / suppliers to improve Quality, Lead Time, etc., as necessary
Qualification and Experience :
Graduate Engineer – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, IP, Electronics
Experiance-12 to 15 Years
CTC Range Rs. 10 to 12 Lacs. Max
