Job Description
- Experience in UHT & Tetra Pak (Aseptic filling) is a must.
- Supervises all the operators and workers with in the sections of the production department
- Ensures that the daily production plan is received, scheduled and that the product is produced at the lowest possible cost to meet the customer requirements while maintaining corporate established quality standards.
- Ensuring that health, safety and hygiene guidelines are followed within the section according to the company’s established standards.
- Understands the managers overall plan for the department and sets specific goals for the staff within the section to fit in with the plan.
- Delegates responsibilities and gives clear, consistent directives to the operators and staffs. Organizes the section with clear role for every staff.
- Acts as a liaison with the maintenance department and the stores to improve and sustain the efficiency and yield.
- Ensures maximum efficiencies of output and works with allotted budgets
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Dairy plant with at least 2 in a supervisory/core operations role Languages English (Business English)
- Skills: MS Office – strong leadership & technical skills, Decision-making, problem- solving
- Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology is a must
- Experience in UHT & Tetra pak (Aseptic filling) is a must.
- Salary range is from present and hike as per the company norms for this position.
- After preliminary screening by the team there will be a telephonic interview . Shortlisted candidates will have to meet the team when they visit India. Interview venue and date will be informed later.
