Designation: Master Technician
Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical from recognised Institute (Affiliated to NCERT)
Experience: 10 Years for ITI / 5 Years for DME / DAE
Required skills:
- Skilled in diagnosing Saloon and light commercial vehicle complaints
- Fair knowledge of GDS / Gscan or other software linked diagnosing tool
- Able to do Vehicle testing and possessing sound knowledge of NVH
- Trouble shooting of mechanical, electrical, Air condition and electronics related concerns in Automobile
- Hands on experience of major aggregate overhauling like Engine, ATM / MTM etc.
- Very Good in reading Electrical wiring diagram
- Good in Trouble code understanding, refering manufacturer’s website and control module software up dation
- Capable of performing Failure analysis to identify root cause and advise accordingly
- Able to do wheel alignment and wheel balancing
- Able to understand customer’s concern in their words and correlate to technical terms
- Able to use Bore gauge / Micrometer / Vernier caliper / plastic gauge / Multimeter etc
- Abilities to work with service advisors, fellow technicians and customers.
- Eagerness to continually learn and develop skills
- Maintaining high productivity (Efficiency above 110%) in all R&R jobs
- Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participation in Manufactured-sponsored training classes
- Conducting multi point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.

- Certificate of excellence from Manufacturer on participation in National / Global skill competition
- Winning Medals / Prizes in skill competition
- Holding a Membership in Manufacturer Master’s Club
- Designed special tool for simplifying difficult task
