Function/ Position Description with reporting structure:
Manager- Supply Chain Management with minimum 4 Buyers reporting
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsible for Planning , Procurement of Parts related to Pumps, Cyclones & Rubber Products.
Source Parts at the lowest price, shortest lead time and Quality suppliers
Ensure Weekly Billing plan is met by in time supply of all Parts as per plan
Maintain optimum Vendor base and ensure 100% On time deliveries from suppliers
Monthly reporting of KPI’s of self and team members
Maintain Contract Price agreements , IP’s and ISO documentation records with suppliers
Ensure 100% adherence to Processes and Internal Audit requirements
Lean Responsibilities
Maintain a very optimum Inventory
Ensure 3 day Kitting
Supplier rationalization
Safety Responsibilities
- To understand and perform the work as per company safety rules
- Identify safety hazards at work place and report
- Ensure Safety standards at Suppliers.
Key Performance Indicators
- Cost savings as per Budget
- Monthly Inventory turns as per budgeted number
- Supplier On time delivery reporting
- Indent to PO conversion as per Plan
Qualification
Required :B.E – Mechanical
Desirable: Post Graduate in Materials Management
Experience
No of years: 10-12 Years- CTC- Upto 13 lacs,
Specific experience requirement: Must have Worked in a Manufacturing Organisation and should have experience sourcing Castings, Fabricated parts, Imports clearances . Machined components, Logistics knowledge.
