Job Description:
Major Functions
o Responsible for the operation the Utilities in the Factory
II. Basic Duties & Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 2]
o Functional Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 95]
- To take care of Boilers and Steam lines Air Compressors and Dryers
- Cooling Towers, Cold stores and Freezers, Different type of Water plants
- Ammonia Compressors, Ammonia plants, and chilled system
- All types of Pumps, Fire system etc
- Adding chemicals in Boilers, Cooling towers,Ice water tank and Plastic factory etc.
- Recording temperature of Freezers, Cold store, Ice water and, production store etc.
- Oil charging in Compressors ( Both Air and Ammonia )
- Testing and recording Chemicals, Conductivity, and Hardness etc.
- Recording meter reading of City water,Soft water and Deionizer water etc.
- Take care of lights, Gates and Doors etc due to 24 hrs. shift duty.
o General Responsibilities [TimeSpent%: 5]
- Performs any duty assigned by the line
- Processes any cross training as mandated by the line
- Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management
III. Minimum Requirements At Joining:
o Work Experience:
- 5 years
o Education:
- Technical qualification is required
o Languages:
Expected Language
- English
o Specialized Experience:
- 5 year of relevant experience
