Maintenance Engineer Electrical – Tetrapak – Kuwait

  
o Specialized Experience: 

• 5 years hand-on experience on Tetra-Pak machines like TBA/19, TBA/22, TBA/8, A3 Flex, A3 Compac Flex and DE machines;
• Having PLC knowledge will also be an advantage

o Education Level 

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

o Languages: 

• Excellent communication skills in English (Read, write and speak)

I. Major Functions

  
o To ensure that Machinery and equipment are maintained and any Electrical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
o To actively participate in Preventive Maintenance activities.
o To attend breakdowns of Electrical Failure.

II. Basic Duties & Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 100]

o Technical Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 60]

• To follow up on Preventive maintenance of electrical installation.
• To perform the Preventive Maintenance and services.
• To attend breakdown calls.
• Ensure calibration procedures are followed and executed on time.
• Attend and analyze cause of electrical brake down.
• PLC programming(optional)
• To attend all Electrical jobs
• Trouble shooting Electrical Issues.
• Perform necessary repair works on Machines and Equipment.
• Upgrade & install new equipment in Plant wherever require
• Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

 

o Administrative Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 25]

• Reporting.
• Monitor and optimizing the Preventive maintenance program in Maximo.
• Update drawings and manuals.
• Ensure calibration procedures are updated.

o General Responsibilities [Time Spent%: 15]

• Alternates for colleagues when requested by the management
• Performs any duty assigned by the Supervisors or Manager.
• To handle assigned work independently.
• Maintain good personal hygiene
