We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Marketing Manager for Nissan brand. The job holder will be responsible for managing Nissan marketing team who are to provide full marketing mix support to Nissan brand within the marketing budget. The job entails analytical and decision making capacity with strong presentation skills. The individual must be detailed orientated with strong computer / strategic capabilities.
Key Accountabilities
We are looking to recruit an experienced person to handle logistic and sales operation function of Nissan Brand.
- Managing and controlling inventory.
- To ensure high CSI at all times by meeting delivery target with each customer within agreed time frame and as per Nissan standards.
- Ensuring proper and timely PDI, Cleaning and Checks before delivery of vehicles to customers / branches.
- Monitoring stock fitness and taking necessary actions to keep stock fitness high at all times.
- Responsible for allocating vehicles to branches and sales persons on request following FIFO principle.
- Responsible for maintaining car flow and stock reports.
- Coordinating with clearing department for timely clearing of vehicles from the port.
- Providing sales team and branches necessary reports on stock.
- Attending and resolving all enquiries from sales team and branch on stock.
- Recruiting, training, engaging and motivating operation staff and drivers.
- Coordinate with Accounts to ensure postings of stock flow in system
- Coordinate with Finance department for providing all supporting information for importation of vehicles.
About Candidate:
- This role will require following skills and experience:
- Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Graduate – Preferably with Finance / Accounting Background
- 5-6 Years of Logistics / Operational experience
- Working knowledge of SAP / Any other ERP System – Preferable
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written and reading)
- Ability to absorb knowledge and adapt to new methods and practices
- Must be result oriented be able to work with minimum supervision.
- Should be able to attract, motivate and develop a multi-cultural workforce.

- The individual must be able to work under pressure whilst working towards tight deadlines
