Position: Practice/ Segment Head – Handset & Semiconductor R&D, New Business Initiative
This is a senior leadership role, with the responsibility of developing business strategy, offerings, skills, capabilities and build /maintain relationships at senior levels to drive business across clients in the Handset & Semiconductor segment of Telecom Equipment Vendor vertical.

Skills & Experience Required:
- 20+ years of professional experience, understanding and appreciation of technology services.
- Responsible for driving strategy and solutions in product development for Handset & Semiconductor market to deliver growth by winning proposals and ensuring engagement initiation with accounts.
- Hands-on experience in Mobile Devices engineering with Semiconductor and OEM vendors globally, with strong knowledge of cross-platform mobile technologies and mobile platforms.
- Horizontal skills in Embedded Software development, Architecture design, HW/SW partitioning, RF, high speed board design, FPGA, design and verification in IP/ product engineering.
- Experience in developing Intellectual property/ solutions for semiconductor cores and Handset telecommunication software.
- Create appropriate and customized value propositions and solutions by integrating all practice offerings.
- Collaborate closely with other horizontal and account teams to develop proposals, presentations, statement of works and proactively recommend strategies to grow.
- Work with key alliance partners and software vendors to jointly develop solutions and offerings.
- Excellent problem solving, communication, presentation, team management and senior-level client interaction skills. This role requires strong leadership skills, ability to mobilize, build and motivate teams, a strong sense of personal initiative, and demonstrated capabilities of being a thought leader.
