Summary of Job Tasks & Responsibilities
Should have dealt with all HR gamut of HR functions such as PMS, Recruitment, Policies, Compensation & benefits. Besides, should be conversant with all statutes. Should spearhead all developmental initiatives and cost minimization measures. Should be a Live –Wire, Go – Getter and determination to achieve the results. Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment. Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department account abilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.
