Function/ Position Description:
This position is required for sales southern region
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate business for Weir Minerals range of products
2. Project houses and end customer visits..
3. Sales promotional activities
4. Techno – commercial proposals preparation
5. Handling techno-commercial discussions and order conclusion
6. Support regional office activities
7. Order closing and sign off with client
8. Payment and C form collection as per PO terms
Lean Responsibilities
To support lean initiatives of company
Safety Responsibilities
To understand and perform the work as per company safety rules.
Key Performance Indicators
• Sales Targets
• Identify new markets, trends and business opportunities.
• Improving the customer base of mineral processing equipment.
• Technical support to customers
• Customer satisfaction level
Qualification
Required :
o Bachelor or Masters in Mineral processing/ Mechanical/ Chemical
Desirable:
o Bachelor or Masters in Mineral processing/ Mechanical/ Chemical
Experience
No of years: 2-5
Specific experience requirement:
o Experience in Sales & Marketing
o Exposure to industrial products sales
o Good communication skills
Skill sets
Required:
o Mechanical / Mineral Processing Engineer
o Bachelor or Masters in Mineral processing/ Mechanical/ Chemical
