Function/ Position Description:
This position will work as second line in the cost management function (Next to senior manager – Costing) and will be groomed for future responsibility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analysis of standard BOM, Actual BOM & material consumption variance.
- Preparing and analysis of standard and actual cost of production and cost of sales
- Preparation & Analyze product wise standard cost & actual cost on a monthly basis.
- Maintaining cost records on monthly basis.
- Handling cost audit.
- Preparation of standard material cost (quarterly basis) & Variance analysis.
- Calculation of machine hour rate & comparison with actual – monthly basis.
- Monthly procurement cost analysis.
- Cost center wise expenses Analysis.
- Product wise cycle time analysis.
- Equipment wise utilization analysis.
- Activity wise depreciation calculation.
- Inter Company transfer pricing analysis.
- Product wise & Activity wise labour hour utilization.
- Product wise packing costing analysis.
- Profile reconciliation of financial & cost accounting.
- Activity by labour & process cost calculation on monthly basis.
- Improve mental cost analysis.
- New product development cost analysis.
- Product wise cost comparison & analysis.
- Contribution and break even point analysis of all product.
- Profitability analysis – product wise & customer wise.
- Working Knowledge of activity based costing.
- Quarterly product cost revision considering cost reduction & material cost increase impact.
- Working knowledge in ERP environment.
Qualification:
Require : ICWA (Complete) / MBA ( From Reputed Institute)
Desire: MBA Finance / Operation
Skill Set:
Require:
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel & Power point.
- Should have knowledge of engineering industry.
- Costing knowledge – medium / advance level.
- target oriented & Time bound .
Competencies:
Require:
- Able to work under pressure and cross functional dead line.
- Able to complete routine jobs on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to work without integrated ERP System.
