Age:Approximately 35 years and above
Education& Skills:
- Chartered accountant from a reputable institution and advanced trainings
- Ability to lead diverse teams across multiple geographies
- Strong listening/ learning skills and ability to adopt to dynamic market requirements
- Literate in key application of ERP systems and office applications
- Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English, French is a plus
Experience
- 10 years or more of finance experience, 5 years in leadership roles in finance and accounting
- Work experience in commodity/ agriculture industry in reputable organization
- International work experience (i.e. Dubai is not the first international posting)

Scope
- Responsible for finance &accounting function of Vink Corporation DMCC, across its operation Dubai and international trading activities (with some international travel), requiring minimal supervision and independently managing and developing the finance and accounting team
Job Specific Comments
- Preparation and execution of budgeting, monitoring and forecasting process
- Enhancing and establish finance & accounting systems, processes and capabilities
- Preparation of management and regulatory reporting in time and quality
- Exercising full cost control across personnel/ other costs and managing working capital
- Financial planning, review and monitoringof projects (revenues & costs, opex& capex)
- Forecasting of funding needs and identification funding sources
- Managing risk, including identifying, quantifying, controlling and flagging FX, market, credit, operational and political-risks and take mitigating actions
- Strengtheninternal control and audit
- Monitoring of legal cases pertaining to the finance and accounting function
