JOB DESCRIPTION:
POSITION:Branch Business Correspondent Manager
REPORTS TO: Branch Manager – Liabilities
LEVEL/GRADE: EM2 Plus (Assistant Manager) / EM3 (Deputy Manager)
PURPOSE: To enable financial inclusion of unbanked clients in a fair and transparent manner.
LOCATION: At any of the branches in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Train and educate BCs to source Assets & Liabilities products from assigned territory.
2. Appoint BC in every 600 households in rural and urban areas.
3. Enable BCs to achieve the agreed objectives.
4. Ensure achieve financial inclusion by the help of BC’s in the territory allocated.
5. Conduct periodic structured meetings to increase productivity.
6. Train in terms of products, processes and technological interventions.
7. Ensure smooth operations of the BCs with excellent risk management ability to mitigate possible frauds and risks.
QUALIFICATIONS: Any graduate
AGE GROUP: 27-35 years
TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5 – 8 years
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years
INDUSTRIES: Banking, Business Correspondent Services
FUNCTIONS: Sales, Relationship Management, Training
DESIRED EXPERIENCE: The applicant should have experience in appointing franchisees/distributors from a financial services/banking background.
He/she should have experience in the local market and should have covered nearby suburbs, towns, villages.
LINGUISTIC PROFICIENCY: Fluency in regional language of the state applying for. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added advantage.
