Qualification : LLB, LLM

Experience : 5 yrs

Salary : Negotiable /5-6 lac

Lease Management:

Check the legal liability of all Leases including renewals and co-ordinate with clients for timely Registration of Leases and renewals

Statutory Compliance’s:

Identify & list the statutory compliance and ensure that they are met.  Conduct quarterly audit for all departments to ensure legal compliance, Early closure of all pending litigation’s/Arbitration’s/other government related concessions and ensure conformity to the statutory requirements under the Central Acts & State Acts

Standardization:

Review and standardize current templates (yearly review based on new amendments & enactments) and update templates to suit new businesses/requirements

Law Library:

Monitor legal volumes to ensure that law library is update and gather & analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions and legal articles, codes and documents

Support:

Co-ordinate in preparing Lease agreement on receipt of intimation from Marketing and conclude the agreements as per the given timelines and co-ordinate in preparing & reviewing contracts and advice management on legal issues

Data storing:

All legal documents to be stored in Fire safes as per company’s guidelines

Legal documentation:

Prepare leases, exhibits, legal documents – including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts and real estate closing statements, legal correspondence and maintain them in paper or electronic filing system
