Job RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sound knowledge & background of general Trade & Modern Trade.
- Team handling skills
- Required to handle sales officers, distributors, CFA, Key accounts & Sales forecasting.
- Required to handle BTL activities for brand building, promotion planning & execution.
- Identify & appoint new distributors.
- Will be responsible for Primary & secondary sales
- Ensure brand visibility & stock availability with the distributor.
- Ensure FIFO is followed, manages inventory
- Should be good at negotiations
- Required to motivate the team, train the team on ground
- Should track outlet sales & share the report.
- New conversions, opening new accounts, coverage & distribution expansion.
Experiance: 5 -8 years of experience
