Acquisition Manager-VBS Marketing – Hyderabad

ROLE PURPOSE:

  • To drive VBS ( Vodafone Business Services ) sales team in acquiring new customers in mobility ( voice & data) and Fixed line & new products ( PRI,TFS,Bulk SMS etc)
  • Supporting sales team in offering customized tariff plans to achieve sales targets and also to enhance acquisition with higher RPM/ARPU( Revenue per minute/Average revenue per user)
  • Driving acquisition and account management team to achieve focus products target and to provide support to them in achieving this.
  • Ensuring traction of new products on acquisition
  • Working with segment teams to customize tariff plans
  • Manage Marginal ARPU( Average revenue per user) both voice and data
  • Monitor profitability at Account Level and run account-specific A&R programs to manage it. Manage and ARPA – Average Revenue per Account
  • Review and measure delivery against the signed business cases on a quarterly basis

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification: MBA from premier institute

Technical skills: Good knowledge of MS office ( Power point & excel)

Attributes/ Capabilities: Business analysis & Telecom experience

Role related experience: 2-4 years’ experience in B2B environment, understanding of financials
